The role of managers is extremely important in developing an organization, working with people and achieving strategic goals.
We value very much your experience as a Manager/Head in leading an organization/department/project/team in Lithuania. And we would like to kindly invite you to contribute to a scientific Survey of the opinions of Managers (middle and top level heads) by sharing your accumulated leadership experience in this Managers’/Heads’ Survey working in Lithuanian organization.
The Survey is anonymous – we would like to ask you to answer several questions as openly as possible.
Summarized responses will be compared with the global organizational development methodologies in order to identify directions for improving leadership competencies in Lithuania.
Your answers will help us better understand the contemporary context of Lithuania and contribute to improving the efficiency and productivity of organizational management.
