Invitation to participate in an international business event in India

Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) invites international business representatives to participate in the 7th edition of the Pune International Business Summit, which will take place on 9–10 February 2026 in Pune, India.

As part of the summit, a Reverse Buyer–Seller Meet (RBSM) will be organized. This targeted B2B format is designed to connect international buyers with high-potential Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from the state of Maharashtra. The event is organized under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) program implemented by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.

• Engineering, Automotive, Electrical & Electronics
• Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals
• Food Processing
• Information Technology (IT), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Technology Services
• Other export-oriented products and services

Buyer Eligibility Criteria

Participating international buyers are required to:

• provide accurate information about their company profile and sourcing interests;
• specify relevant HS (ITC) codes for products or clearly describe required services;
• confirm that they are not currently engaged with the sellers they are scheduled to meet.

Hospitality and Support for Confirmed Buyers

• MCCIA will extend the following complimentary support to verified international buyers:
• airport pick-up and drop-off in Pune;
• two nights’ accommodation at JW Marriott Pune;
• lunches on 9 and 10 February 2026;
• networking evening and dinner on 9 February 2026.

Please note: airfare, visa fees, insurance, and other personal or incidental expenses are not covered.
