To improve skills VET/WBL tutors for using individual approach and developing and implementing individual learning plans with their trainees in WBL. To collect, describe and share experience and best practices among 3 countries of using individual learning plan in WBL: how VET/WBL tutors do it; how it can be integrated in WBL tutor training. |
| Project benefits: |
The ability to use Individual Approach and ILPs by VET and enterprise tutors in work-based learning. More uniformity and steps towards ILPs among 3 countries and thus – facilitated process of transnational mobilities, transparency and recognition of ILPs among those countries. Practical experience of working with ILPs in different sectors. |
