Irma Taparauskienė is a consultant of the Enterprise Europe Network, working since the inception of EEN and contributing to the international growth and development of Lithuanian SMEs for over 15 years. Irma Taparauskienė is the manager of the International Relations and Protocol Department at the Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Crafts, which operates the Enterprise Europe Network Lithuania, where she approaches her work with engagement and great responsibility.
Being an active Network member, Irma Taparauskienė answers more than 100 Network partner inquiries per year, establishes more than 300 new contacts between Lithuanian and foreign companies, and as a result records around 20 partnership agreements per year.
Irma Taparauskienė is an EEN EU-OSHA Ambassador and works closely with the Agency’s national focal point for safer, healthier and more productive workplaces in Lithuania. She is also a member of the Agri-Food sector group since 2022.
