General aim of the project

To design, develop and validate transnationally a group of pedagogic itineraries and didactic resources to qualify the TRAINERS in valorisation, development and mobilisation of competences linked to INNOVATION (creativeness, social and emotional knowledge, work team, leadership, etc.) learned informally their LEARNERS.

Specific aims 

  • To view and develop the “HIDDEN CURRICULA” of informal competences linked to INNOVATION.
  • To improve the quality of the training at european level, including the INNOVATION in the Life Long Learning process.
  • To promote a deep and wide transnational cooperation between different organization that works in the field of life long learning.
  • To design LEARING PLANS and DIDACTIC RESOURCES, on the informal competences linked to INNOVATION, adressed to the training and education proffessionals.
  • To transfor the CLASSROOM in a place where the INNOVATION can be developed.
  • To test and to assess transnationaly the didcatic products developed, through pilot test with the proffessionals of training and education of the countries involved.
  • To valorize the didactic resourses developed through the implementation of the VALORIZATION plan in all countries.

Target group 

TRAINING INNOVATION will provide the training organisations and the professionals working in them (trainers, managers, guides) with the tools required to face the challenges of a new society, defined by the RENEWED LISBON STRATEGY and the SEC Communication (2008) 3058 “NEW SKILLS FOR NEW JOBS ANTICIPATING AND MATCHING LABOUR MARKET AND SKILLS NEEDS, in which lifelong learning, continuous change and INNOVATION are basic premises for both personal and professional success. With TRAINING INNOVATION, the training workers will have the opportunity to develop the competences bond to INNOVATION in their daily work with their students.

In short, the target group of TRAINING INNOVATION project will be:

- In the short term:

  • Professionals working on education and formal and non-formal training.
  • Professional guides and advisors and learning mediators.
  • Training and education organisations.

- In the long term:

  • Representatives of trade union organisations.
  • Managers of the area of human resources in the companies.
  • Qualification organisations.
