Aims of the Multilateral Projects of Transfer of Innovation TOI:

INCREMENT the quality and appeal of the European System of Education and Professional Training by means of the ADAPTATION AND INTEGRATION of the innovative content or of the results of prior Leonardo da Vinci projects or of other innovative projects within the PUBLIC a/o PRIVATE SYSTEMS of EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING and within BUSINESSES on a national, local, regional or sectorial level.

Objective of Project „INFORMEDU“ - ADAPTATION of the methods and instruments utilized for the NON FORMAL AND INFORMAL EVALUATION of the learning results in the Professional Training System described in the Lithuanian GUIDEBOOK to the (TRANSFER) Italian Education System.

4. Sharing of OBJECTIVES, PROCEDURES AND OPERATING INSTRUMENTS

5. Establishment of Territorial Meetings of Preparation (TMP)

6. Establishment of the I° Meeting of the Formation of the International Scientific Team

7. Sharing of the document COMMITMENT TO A SHARED PROJECT STRATEGY

PHASE 2 1/02/2012 – 31/07/2012

ADAPTATION

Objectives:

1. ADAPTATION Leonardo da Vinci project results “Innovative Tools and Procedures For Non-Formal and Informal Learning Validation” for INTEGRATION into the ITALIAN CONTEXT

2. TRANSLATION of parts of the contents of the Guidebook “Methodological practical Recommendations for Validation Of Non Formal and Informal”

3. PRODUCTION of the draft of the “Guidelines for the recognition and validation of informal and non formal learning in the Education System”

4. Achievement of the II° International Meeting (SIT)

5. INDIVIDUAZIONE OF LEARNING UNITS in the TOURISM SECTOR in conjunction with the Regional System of the Competencies of the Region of Tuscany

6. Establishment of ACTIONS of SENSITIVITY TRAINING (workshops, seminars) for the target users of the experimentation.

PHASE 3 1/06/2012 – 31/05/2013

EXPERIMENTATION

Objectives:

1. TEST procedure expressed in the draft of the Guidelines for the recognition and validation of informal and non formal learning in the Education System

2. USE, EXPERIMENTATION, AND OPTIMIZATION of the methodology elaborated in the distribution system of adult training activities of the Scholastic Institute Partners and CTP

3. SHARING of the objectives of the experimentation and ANALYSIS and SELECTION requests of RECOGNITION of informal and non formal learning

4. Elaboration of the DRAFT “Memorandum of Understanding” – MoU.

PHASE 4 1/04/2013 – 31/07/2013

VALIDATION

Objectives:

1.Activation of the VALIDATION procedure of the Guidelines draft “for the recognition and validation of informal and non formal learning in the Education System”

2. QUALITY EVALUATION of the DRAFT of the definitive Guidelines in the programming phase for the purpose of utilizing the results on behalf of the target group of reference

3. IDENTIFICATION of eventual weak a/o strong elements for an ulterior implementation of the model

4. STIPULATION of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

5. ESTABLISHMENT of the III° International Meeting.

PHASE 5 1/10/2011 – 31/09/2013

DISSEMINATION AND VALORISATION OF RESULTS

 Objectives:

1.UTILIZATION OF RESULTS of Project on behalf of:

•DIRECT BENEFICIARIES

•POTENTIAL USERS/BENEFICIARIES on a LOCAL LEVEL

•POTENTIAL USERS/BENEFICIARIES ON A REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL

2. DIFFUSION of Project RESULTS for POTENTIAL BENEFICIARIES and STAKEHOLDERS on a provincial, regional, national and international level.

PHASE 6 1/10/2011 – 31/09/2013

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

 Objectives:

1.MONITORING AND EVALUATION of the EFFICIENCY of the organizational processes of the Project;

2.EVALUATION of the Project RESULTS, specifically in reference to the EFFECTIVE TRANSFER of good practices to the target groups.

Project results:

  • Develop GUIDELINES FOR THE RECOGNITION AND VALIDATION OF INFORMAL AND NON FORMAL LEARNING IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM: document containing the elements of good practice for the transfer to a European level; instrument representing the foundation for the elaboration of the Memorandum of Understanding.
  • Develop MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU):open agreement to apply ECVET to the learning results obtained by the participating countries in formative, informal and non formal contexts in reference to the TOURISM sector.
  • WEBSITE: instrument of online communication dedicated to provide information, promotion, sharing, dissemination of Project activities and results.
  • INTRANET AREA, dedicated to Project partners, for the purpose of encouraging interaction in regard to the activity of experimentation.

ROLE of Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts in the project:

1. Member of the Project Consortium;

2. Provide support throughout the process of integration and customizing of Methodological practical Recommendations for Validation of Non formal and Informal Learning into the local Italian context, represented by the Education System;

3. Collaboration for the execution of dissemination material;

4. Promotion of dissemination activities regarding Project results, by means of the utilization of respective institutional channels and an established network;

5. Participation in three international meetings;

6. Management, direction and coordination of assigned project related activities and production of corresponding administrative documentation;

7. Sending the documents listed in the Article n.9 not later than the timescales specified.
