Project aim: Help to employees working in the crisis affected sectors to gain new skills and recognize their existing competencies.

During the project, all partners will take over the MRS Consultancy experience in the design of workplace learning, learning recognition and evaluation. Workplace learning macro model was introduced in the first partner meeting 17-18 December 2013 in Grosseto. The most important task of the Italian partners to find companies that are willing to participate in this project and to support the learning environment. Recognition of competences will be held to the identification of a national qualifications framework.

Learning in the workplace is not a new idea in the Europe  but the practical implementation is difficult in a  small businesses. Proposed model also requires significant financial and time investment from the company's side, so project funds is a great opportunity to test this model in a practice.

Project duration: 2013 – 2015.
