EXPAND QUALITY ASSURANCE IN VET (BENCHMARKING TOOL) LLP-LdV-TOI-2012-LT-0117

The TOI EXPAND QUALITY ASSURANCE IN VET (BENCHMARKING TOOL) LLP-LdV-TOI-2012-LT-0117 project addresses the problem of improving quality assurance systems in VET. The project EXPANDVET will transfer good practice and innovation techniques to four EU countries (Lithuania, Austria, Poland and United Kingdom) from previous Leonardo da Vinci development of innovation project "Benchmarking Tool for Quality Assurance in VET (BEQUAL)".  Main reason of the project is development and adoption of self-evaluation approaches, assessment culture also practical application of CQAF which is poor in partner’s countries.

STRENGTHENING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT IN ECONOMIC NETWORKS

To transfer innovative methods of business perforamnce management and business animation in economic networks as well as to contribute to social and economic cohesion.

Promotion of Entrepreneurship in Problematic Regions of Lithuania

Activities of the project:

1. Informational events encouraging society, especially young people and women entrepreneurship, establishment and development of new small and medium-sized business entities, formation of partnership networks, franchise. 57 informational events will bw held.

2. High quality consulting services provision to small and medium-sized business entities and individuals planning to start a business, in order to ensure the effective business management processes and advanced performance. 1492 consultations will be provided.

Public Services and Information for SME’s to Establish and Maintain Working Places

Goal of the project - to provide consultancy services of finance, managing HR, finding partners for small and medium-sized business entities and persons intending to start business

Business assistant – entrepreneurship promotion by embracing the competencies of technology parks and valleys

Goal of the project – to provide services of innovation support consultations and thus improve business conditions for small and medium-sized business entities and persons intending to start business.

Leonardo da Vinci project Chemical Movetech ”Mobilising Opportunities in Vocational Education with Innovative Technologies” –2013-1-TR1-LEO05-47543

To develop vocational training courses to educate the workforce of chemical industry about the latest improvements and advanced manufacturing and processing techniques/technologies at the workplace using open and  distance learning and training methods, particularly to facilitate the access to continuous vocational training. 

Leonardo da Vinci project EPIC 2013-1-PL1-LEO05- 37888 “Enhancing and Promoting International Business Communication”

To pilot the new extended audit scheme in 4 countries and regions (Poland, Lithuania, Spain-Basque region and Italy-Sicily), to identify and remove linguistic and cultural barriers which arise from international trade thus enhancing their competitiveness.

Leonardo da Vinci TOI project “DEVELOPMENT OF AN INNOVATIVE APPRENTICESHIP IN THE RETAIL SECTOR -UPPRETAIL“

UPPRETAIL will adapt and transfer the methodology and results of Devapprent project (DE/10/LLP-LdV/TOI/147320, implemented by Kaunas CCIC in 2010-2012) to analyze the experiences of the apprenticeship development from the countries with different socioeconomic and institutional models of VET (Germany, UK, Netherlands and France) to implement an innovative apprenticeship in the current Retail VET system of Euro southern area countries.

Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project " THE RECOGNITION OF THE INFORMAL LEARNING FOR EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN THE EMPLOYEMENT CRISIS, TTHROUGH THE CREATION OF THE CERTIFICATION SYSTEM ( INFORMALEA-JOB )“

During the project, all partners will take over the MRS Consultancy experience in the design of workplace learning, learning recognition and evaluation. Workplace learning macro model was introduced in the first partner meeting 17-18 December 2013 in Grosseto. The most important task of the Italian partners to find companies that are willing to participate in this project and to support the learning environment. Recognition of competences will be held to the identification of a national qualifications framework.

PRISM

PRISM project has goal, to raise awareness on environmental services to SMEs and help these companies transforming environmental challenges into concrete business opportunities through individualized environmental services. Each partner will assist companies during their entire business cooperation process which includes awareness raising activities on business opportunities beyond national borders, training actions and coaching of small and medium sized companies. The PRISM project will help to implement environmental solutions which could bring to them competitive advantages due to better environmental performances. The project will involve environmental service providers, ESPs, which will help companies.
